We are a local CPA firm dedicated to
quality, timely and affordable services, as well as adding value to our clients
businesses. Excellence in client servicing is our constant guide, and one we take
personally each day. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve our clients' needs.
The professionals in our firm have many
levels of experience in a multitude of businesses. It is this varied experience in
addition to our expertise in accounting and taxation, that provides the greatest benefit
to our clients. We understand many of the aspects of owning and operating a small

What we do.....
Monthly accounting services. We provide our clients with
useful financial statements on a regular basis. We have a program of educating our clients
on how to effectively use these statements.
Comprehensive tax
planning. There is nothing worse than finding out at the last minute that you owe
taxes. If you are part of our small business service group, you will receive a complete
year end tax plan.
Business and personal
tax services. Knowing that we follow through on making certain
compliance deadlines are met provides you with the peace of mind you deserve. It also
provides you with more time to devote to your business.
Tax representation
services. When, or if, you should ever be audited by the taxing
authorities, you will have us on your side. We have over 12 years of experience in dealing
one on one with the IRS. We are very proud of our success rate in both audits and
collection matters.
Financial and estate
planning. There has never been a more important time to develop and
implement a sound plan. We provide extensive services in many areas of personal planning.
Business Advisory Services.
The
initial consultation is an opportunity to meet the owners and talk about their business. The goal of this meeting is to introduce our
services and explain what we can do for a small to medium business. It is also an opportunity to find out about the
business and the reasons that they chose to go into business for themselves. What is working and what is not working? It is a very informal discussion designed to find out if there is anything we can offer to add value to their business.
The Planning Session is based on a detailed Business Development
Questionnaire and an analysis of your Profit Improvement Potential, and most important of
all, a thorough understanding of your personal and business aspirations. It focuses on
precisely what your business can achieve and produces a draft mission statement and a very
specific Action Plan on how you'll proceed. From this point on, you'll be working ON your
business rather than IN it.

Bay area. It is designed to be informative as well as useful. We will meet once per month
and there will be an interactive presentation followed by open discussion. This will be a

working IN your business and not spending enough time working ON
your business. This will be an opportunity once every month to spend a couple of hours
working ON building a better and stronger business.
