Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is an opportunity to meet the owners and talk about their business. The goal of this meeting is to introduce our services and explain what we can do for a small to medium business. It is also an opportunity to find out about the business and the reasons that they chose to go into business for themselves. What is working and what is not working? It is a very informal discussion designed to find out if there is anything we can offer to add value to their business.

Planning Session

The Planning Session is based on a detailed Business Development Questionnaire and an analysis of your Profit Improvement Potential, and most important of all, a thorough understanding of your personal and business aspirations. It focuses on precisely what your business can achieve and produces a draft mission statement and a very specific Action Plan on how you'll proceed. From this point on, you'll be working ON your business rather than IN it.
