The Phone Right System is designed to
help transport your team from whatever point on the performance scale they are now to
"Outstanding Performance".
This system is built around the creation of outstanding performance
standards.
The following are some of the standards that will be
created. There is always a certain amount of custom creation for each business.
Having performance standards is one of the things
that sets truly great companies apart from the rest of the crowd.
Smile to the point of a grin before you pick up the phone
Listen attentively
Give out positive strokes
Ask open ended questions that begin with…What, which,
when, where, how, why and who
Leave them on a high
Hang up last
These are just a few of the standards that will be
presented. This training is delivered using video, a workbook and a training specialist. It is
designed to be very interactive and includes opportunity for role play and creativity on
the part of the trainee. We believe that by successfully implementing the
Phone Right System you will greatly increase your level of customer
service which will increase your level of customer satisfaction which will increase
your bottom line in a big way.
